We aim to supply the goods to you within 3-7 working days, however due to the large amount of products we keep it is inevitable that we may go out of stock on certain products from time to time. If delivery will take longer than our estimated delivery period you will be contacted by a representative of Aird-Tools Online who will provide the estimated delivery date and offer you the option to rescind your contract with us if you so wish.
Delivery will be carried out by different couriers depending on parcel size and location of delivery. The cost of delivery to Mainland United Kingdom excluding the Highlands is currently £5.00 Inc. VAT. Orders over £100 are entitled to free shipping.

Returns Policy
In line with the Distance Selling Regulations all purchases are entitled to a cooling off period where you are able to cancel your contract at any point within 7 days after delivery subject to the goods being in an unused condition with original packaging. You must notify us by telephone if you wish to rescind the contract created by yourself and Aird-Tools Online. You can do this by contacting 01273 327191. You will be responsible for all postage costs back to our premises unless otherwise agreed on the telephone. Our returns policy does not affect any rights that you may have under Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.
